I met Michelle Cecil @ Highland HIlls Chihuahua’s in April 2006 through a mutual friend whom I have known for 8 years or more. Michelle’s name was given to me as I was in the market for a breeding female Chihuahua. The first time I visited Michelle’s home in Sacramento California was to see the puppy she had for sale (a white/brown long hair). I have bred dogs (all kinds) for several years and I always check for cleanliness, happy and especially healthy dogs when visiting a breeder. All of Michelle’s dogs were healthy, clean and well loved so I did agree to purchase the puppy she showed me. When I went back to get the puppy Michelle provided me with health and shot records and a puppy kit with food and a blanket that was the puppies along with the registration papers. I still saw her dogs in the same status of healthy, clean and very happy. The puppy I purchased I have totally fallen in love with and as someone who does bred I can say that the puppy was healthy, clean and had been socialized which makes coming to a new home less difficult for the new puppy. Michelle and I have kept in contact as she always wants to know how her dogs are doing. When purchasing a puppy of any kind the buyer has to take responsibility and always get recommendations of a breeder and make sure the puppy has come from a good home and the seller can provide shot and health records and registration papers at the time of the sale. I would not hesitate to purchase another puppy from Michelle Cecil, I found her to be honest and very caring about her dogs.
